Initial assessment appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking the appointment via card payment that will be provided to you.  Any other appointments made via email or over the telephone must also be paid for in full at the time of booking the appointment via card payment that will be provided to you.

When your payment has been made an email confirmation will be sent to you via the email address that you have provided which will act as proof of payment received. Please check this as soon as you receive it to ensure that the details are correct.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment 24 hours notice must be given by either email or telephone and we will endeavour to rearrange the appointment where possible.  Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in your payment not being reimbursed.
